This is a GENERATION III Carlton Door. It's guarenteed only to take up space
on your hard drive. The author(s) attempt to support all SYSOPs who operate
the door, with Registered Sysops having priority. No 3rd party door libraries
are used in GENERATION III doors. Installation is as easy as 1-2-3!
1) If no other GENERATION III doors have ever been installed, run MAKENODE
and define the available BBS Node(s). If MAKENODE has been run previously,
for any other GENERATION III door, it is not necessary to run it again.
2) Run INSTALL to create the proper configuration (.cfg) file. If for some
reason, you want to edit the configuration file, every GENERATION III
door has a SAMPLE.CFG included with it which is a commented sample file.
>>WARNING<< Some games such as EMPIRES OF WORLD DOMINENCE require files
to be moved to subdirectories under the game directory. INSTALL should
always be run at least once to avoid potential misunderstandings.
3) Run the door once in local mode to make certain the door is set up
correctly. You may do this by typing the name of the door with no node
number. To run the door with the BBS, use DOORNAME ## where ## is a
number from 1-99 indicating which node the door is operating on. Single
node BBSes will always use node 1. Example: Simple Pleasures running on
Node 1 would look like this: SIMPLE 1
